I have tinkered with both writing and eating raw without much continuity. Eating raw for me has produced great health results when I have stuck to it, but like my writing (and many other things in my life) I tend to lose interest, become lazy, and forget all the great reasons for starting in the first place.
This time will be different! (haven’t we all heard THAT before).
My hope is that by setting up this blog I will 1. Stick to the 21 days and 2. Have a record of the amazing things that happen as a result of committing to positive personal change.
It’s a journey.
